Winners of the first annual Fly
Iowa Challenge were announced at the annual meeting of the Iowa
Aviation Promotion Group in Des Moines November 17, 2007.
While dozens of pilots and future pilots participated, only three
completed the entire challenge, visiting all 115 public use airports
in the state.

Iowa Challenge is to:
Your mission:
To visit as many of Iowa's 115 public access airports as
possible between May 1, 2007 and September 30, 2007. You
may fly, drive, bicycle, or walk to visit each airport, and you
must sign in at each airport and keep a personal Fly Iowa
Challenge log of all your visits.

includes a registration form, rules, and your Fly Iowa Challenge
log of airports visited. There are rewards for your
effort, and you will have fun along the way. Please take a look
