Benefits of IAPG Memberships

Your membership goes to support the conduct of  the IAPG promotional and educational programs including:

• The annual Fly Iowa Event

• Annual Teacher Workshops

• Aviation Day Camps Across Iowa

• The IowaFlybrary.org web site

• Blue Skies – A Pilot Growth Program

• The IDOT State Fair Aviation Booth

• The Annual Fly Iowa Challenge to encourage increased pilot activity in the state

And finally, each IAPG member receives a collectable cloth patch as an emblem of IAPG membership which can be worn with pride on aviation clothing!

Levels of Memberships

• Fly Iowa Benefactor This membership is open to aviation associations, corporations or individuals who are committed to the mission and vision of IAPG.  Dues are $1000 annually.  Benefits:

  • Recognition  as an official sponsor of Fly Iowa in written, verbal, and electronic communications about Fly Iowa.

  • Editorial and advertising space in IAPG publications, Fly Iowa program, advertising, and like media associated with Fly Iowa.

  • A voting seat on the IAPG Board of Directors.

  • All benefits and privileges of lesser categories of membership.
• Charter  These memberships are open to state-wide aviation associations or other multifaceted organizations that wish to have a major role promoting aviation in Iowa.  Dues are $500 annually.  Benefits:

  • A voting seat on the IAPG Board of Directors

  • All benefits and privileges of lesser categories of membership.
• Corporate Designed for businesses, groups, companies or clubs whether involved in aviation or not, that wish to promote aviation.  Dues are $100 annually.  Benefits:

  • Discount for exhibit space at Fly Iowa

  • All benefits and privileges of lesser categories of membership.
• Participating  Open to individuals who feel that the cause of promoting airports, aerospace education, and aviation in general deserves special attention and they wish to play a part.  Dues are $25 annually.  Benefits:
  • Candidacy for any open position on the Board of Directors
  • Free access for loan of aerospace education resources owned by IAPG.
  • Subscription to IAPG newsletters
• Supporting  Perhaps you cannot lend a hand but wish to help somehow.  Donations in any amount are welcome!
